Cookie Policy
Effective June 2, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how MAGA Enterprises LLC (“Patriot Loyalty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Patriot Loyalty platform at patriotloyalty.com (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as staying signed in) and, where you allow it, help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Some technologies we describe here are not strictly “cookies” (for example, browser local storage), but we treat them the same way.
2. Essential cookies (always on)
These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other sites.
- pe_session — keeps you securely signed in to your account.
- patriot_ref — remembers the username of the patriot who referred you (from a ?ref= link) so we can credit the referral when you register.
- patriot_cookie_consent — remembers your cookie choice on this banner so we don’t ask again.
3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
With your consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic and understand how patriots use the Service so we can improve it. These load only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner and are not loaded at all if you reject or ignore it (we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics off by default).
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) — aggregate usage and traffic measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) — anonymized usage analytics and heatmaps to find and fix usability issues.
- Meta Pixel (_fbp) — measures the effectiveness of our advertising, when enabled.
These are set by third parties that act as our service providers; their use of data is also governed by their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Managing your choices
You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, which re-opens the consent banner. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though essential cookies are needed for the Service to function — blocking them may stop you from signing in.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
